Vickie Callaway

Mrs. Vickie Lynn Talton Callaway, 65, of Quaker Springs Rd., entered into rest Sunday evening, January 23, 2022, at Wills Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Callaway was born in Tucker, Ga. to the late John C. and Connie Fay Pearson Talton, and had lived in this community for 30 years.She graduated from Tucker High School, and had worked as a Jail Officer forthe Lincoln County Sheriff Department for ten years. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, David Callaway, of Washington; one daughter, Connie Kirk (Joseph), of Myrtle Beach, SC; one son, John Norman Franklin (Cameran), of McDonough; one stepson, Jamie Callaway, (Kristie), of Tignall; four grandchildren, Brandon Kirk, Audrey Kirk, Blaze Callaway, and Kayli Callaway; and two sisters, Dorann B. McGee, of Monroe, and Barbara Ford, of Loganville. Memorial services are pending at this time, and will be announced later. Hopkins Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Vickie Lynn Callaway.
