Trudie B. Sutherland

Mrs. Trudie Bradford Sutherland, 72, of Washington, passed away Saturday morning, January 12, 2019 at her home. Mrs. Sutherland was born in Wilkes County and had lived most of her life in Lincoln County.She was the daughter of the late Thomas Arthur Bradford and and Juanita McCall Bradford.She was preceded in death by her brother, Dennis Bradford. She is survived by her husband of almost 50 years, John F. Sutherland, of Washington; one son, Brad Sutherland, of Washington; one brother, Terry Bradford (Mary Lou), Washington; 2 sisters-in-law, Beverly Scroggs (Harold), Durham, N.C., and Joyce Bradford, of Thomson; nieces and nephews, Tonya Gowan (Bill), Jeff Bradford (Melissa), Morris Bradford (Launa), and Thomas Bradford (Julie); and a number of great nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, January 19, 2019, at the Hopkins Funeral Home Chapel. The family will be at the home of Terry and Mary Lou Bradford, 1609 Lincolnton Rd., Washington, GA 30673.
