Tommy Bowen

Mr. Tommy Bowen, 65, of Washington, died Friday evening at his home. Mr. Bowen was born in Waycross, GA, and had lived in Washington for 30 years.He was the husband of Nancy Watson Bowen, and the son of the late William Allen Bowen and Aannie Scurry Bowen.He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War, and was a dairy farmer and produce salesman. Mr. Bowen is survived by his wife, Nancy, of the home; two sons, Tommy (Karen) Bowen, Jr., and William Allen Bowen, both of Washington; two daughters, Nancy Ann (Gene) Palmer, of Washington, and Suedna P. (James) Wideman, of Rayle; nine grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
