Mr. Terrell “Terry” Morris Bradford, 74, of Washington, passed away Thursday morning, January 30, 2019, at Augusta University Medical Center. Mr. Bradford was born in Washington, but grew up in Lincolnton.He was the son of the late Thomas Arthur Bradford and Juanita McCall Bradford.He was a graduate of Lincolnton High School, where he played football and was a member of the first of many Lincolnton state championship football teams.He was the husband of Mary Lou Warner Bradford, and was a computer operator supervisor in the insurance industry. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and loved watching football. He had served a number of years in the Air National Guard. Mr. Bradford is survived by his wife, Mary Lou W. Bradford, of Washington; two sons, Morris Bradford, Jr. (Laura), of Dublin, and Thomas Bradford (Julie), of Spring, TX; and by his step daughter, Cathy Jordan (Jay), of Boise, Idaho; and by his five grandchildren, Zane Bradford, Madalyn Bradford, Olivia Bradford, Emry Bradford, and Charlotte Bradford. Memorial services will be 2:00pm Saturday, February 2, 2019, at the Hopkins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donnie Walton officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service at Hopkins Funeral Home.
