Sybil Jordan Ashmore

Mrs. Sybil Jordan Ashmore, 75, of Tignall, died April 8, 2012 in Wills Memorial Hospital.A native of Charnesville, she was the daughter of the late, Howard and Julia Mae Youngblood Jordan.Mrs. Ashmore was a retired bank teller and a member of Mallorysville Baptist Church. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, April 11th at 11:00am in the Mallorysville Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Paul Reviere and Rev. Donnie Berry officiating.Shane Denard, Ralph (Coot) Denard, Tony Hammond, Mark Hammond, Joe Burton and Neal Wilson will serve as pallbearers. Survivors include one daughter, Melissa Henry, Augusta; one nephew, Tony Jordan, Lincolnton; one niece, Tina Gaines, Tignall; and four grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7-9pm at the funeral home.
