Sandy Roberson

Mr. Sandy Dean Roberson, 46, of Tignall, died Sunday, September 12, 2010 at his home.He was a native of Washington, Georgia, the son of Jerry Dean Roberson and the late Patricia Brown Roberson.Mr. Roberson was a heavy equipment mechanic and a member of Tignall Independence UMC. Graveside services will be Wednesday, September 15th at 11am in Pope’s Chapel UMC Cemetery with Rev. Roy Cates officiating. Survivors include his father, Jerry Roberson, of Tignall; one son, Joseph Roberson, Atlanta; one daughter, Jessica Roberson, Atlanta; one sister, Dawn Roberson, Tignall; two brothers, Gwyn Roberson, Tignall and Jeremiah Roberson, Tignall; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6-8pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Pope’s Chapel Cemetery Fund.
