Robert Wayne Drake

Mr. Robert Wayne Drake, Sr. 78, of the Lundburg Rd. In Washington, entered into rest Saturday, February 27, 2021, at his home. Mr. Drake was born in Zanesville, Ohio, and had lived in Wilkes County for most of his life.He was the son of the late Frank W. Drake and Sheba Khune Drake, and was the husband of Carol Hopkins Drake.He was a retired machine operator at Berry Plastics in Washington.He also was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Mr. Drake is survived by his wife, Carol Hopkins Drake, of Washington; and by his son, Robert W. Drake, Jr., also of Washington. There are no memorial service arrangements at this time.
