Richard Broome

ArrangeMr. Richard Clyde Broome, 55, of Hallford Rd., died Tuesday, September 23, 2014, at his home. Richard was born in Lake Charles, LA, and had lived here most of his life.He was a machine operator at Berry Plastics in Washington.Richard was a pleasant person,and a pleasure to be around.He will be greatly missed. A memorial service is planned for Friday, September26, 2014, at 7:00 pm at the Washington Presbyterian Church with Rev. Roy Cates officiating. He is survived by his father, PaulBroome, and wife Lisa, of Washington; his mother, Hildrude Landau Whitener,of Easley, SC; two brothers, Lyndon Broome, and wife Heewan, of Grovetown, and Charlie Broome, and wife Marie, of Augusta; two sisters, Jeannie Johnson, of Easley, SC, and Courtney Broome, of Washington; and a number of nieces and nephews.
