Rebecca Armour Conner

Mrs. Rebecca Armour Conner, 91, of Sherwood Dr., died Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012, at her home. Mrs. Conner was born Taliaferro County and had lived in this community for most of her life.She was a seamstress and retired from Royal Manufacturing Company.She was the widow of James Conner, and was the daughter of the late Thomas W. Armour and Mattie Jane Combs Armour.She was a lifetime member of the Carters Grove Baptist Church. Funeeral services will be Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012, at 4:00 at Hopkins Funeral Home with nephew Robert Armour officiating.Interment will follow at the Carters Grove Cemetery. Mrs. Conner is survived by one daughter, Mary Jane Price, of Washington; and by a number of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
