Quinnie Williamson

Ms. Quinnie Borum Williamson, of Washington, passed away Monday, May 20, 2019, at her home. She was born in Unadilla, Ga. and had lived in Washington for about 68 years.She was the daughter of Luby and Celie Borum, and was the widow of Mr. Ed Williamson.She had worked at Royal Manufacturing Co. and ALMAR, but is best remembered for being one of Washington’s telephone operators. Ms. Williamson is survived by one daughter, JoAnne W. Bryant (Charles), of Thomson; four sons, Eddie Williamson, of Augusta, Ross Williamson, of Washington, Paul Williamson (Teresa), of Washington, and Clay Williamson (Terri), of Gainesville; seven grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. Active Pallbearers will be Michael Gabriel, Cameron Rollwitz, Chris Rollwitz, and Cory Williamson. Graveside services will be 11:00am Thursday, May 23, 2019, at Resthaven Cemetery with Rev. W. C. Bentley officiating.Visitation will be Thursday morning from 10:00 until 10:45 at Hopkins Funeral Home. Hopkins Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Ms. Quinnie B. Williamson.
