Nita Miller Doolittle Mrs. Nita Miller Doollittle, 69, of Crawfordville Rd. in Philomath, died Saturday evening, February 27, 2016, in the Gentiva Hospice Unit at AthensRegionalHospital . Mrs. Doolittle was born in Harlem, GA, and was the daughter of the late Robert Miller and Nita Manus Miller.She worked for the United States Post Office for a number of years, and was the wife of Floyd E. Doolittle. Graveside services will be 3:00pm Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at the Philomath Presbyterian Cemeterywith Rev. Gerald Doolittle officiating. Mrs. Doolittle is survived by her husband, Floyd E. Doolittle, of Philomath; one daughter, Dolly Miller Hannah (Rusty), of Harlem; one son, Kenneth Scott Fletcher, of Thomson; one brother, Mason Miller, of Evans; two granddaughters, Erica Miller, of Harlem, and Catie Hannah, of Harlem; one great granddaughter, Juliana Latimore; 5 step children and 7 step grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at Hopkins Funeral Home, and then shortly thereafter will proceed to the cemetery for the 3:00pm graveside service.
