Mrs. Myrtice Wolfe Stevens, 89, of Washington, died May 29, 2012 in Wills Memorial Hospital.A native of Wilkes County, she was the daughter of the late Noke and Mattie Sue McNeely Wolfe.Mrs. Stevens was the widow of Minton Luke Stevens.She had worked forRoyal Manufacturingand had been a member of Washington Chapel. Graveside services will be Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 11:00am in Resthaven Cemetery with Mr Peter Hoffman officiating. Survivors include son and daughter in law, Marvin and Joyce Stevens, of Washington; three grandchildren, Teresa “Tesi” Standard and her husband Bobby, of Washington, Greg Stevens and his wife, Kristin, of Washington and Lisa Bentley and her husband, Dee, of Lincolnton; five great grandchildren, Adam Standard, Brooke Standard, Brynnlee Bentley, Tucker Bentley and Hailee Stevens; and three sisters, Lois Williams, of Augusta, Annette White and Betty Mills, both of S.C.
