Mozelle Casey

Mrs. Mozelle Chafin Casey, 90, of Centerville Rd., died Tuesday, May 17, 2016, at Wills Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Casey was born in Oglethorpe County.She was the daughter of the late Tuck Irvin Chafin and Sallie Sue Patton, and was a housewife. Graveside services will be 10:00Saturday morning, May 21, 2016, at the Washington–Wilkes Memorial Gardens with Rev. Jim Newsome officiating. Pallbearers will be Bill Casey, Mack Chafin, Ronnie Chafin, Tommy Fong, Chris Culberson, and Corey Culberson. She is survived by her husband, George H. Casey, of Rayle; three sons, Wayne Casey (Deborah), of Loganville, Doug Casey (Robin), of Snellville, and Steve Casey, of Washington; two sisters, Frances Finley, of Rayle, and Virginia Fong, of Augusta; four grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Friday evening, May 20, from 6-8pm at Hopkins Funeral Home.
