Mary Elizabeth Patrick

Mary Patrick Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Snellgrove Patrick, 85, died March 30, 2009 in Heritage Healthcare of Wilkes.She was a native of McCrae, Georgia and the daughter of the late Eason and Annie Mae Thomas Snellgrove.Mrs. Patrick was retired from Almar, a member of Sandy Cross Baptist Church and the widow of Louis J. Patrick. Graveside services will be Friday at 2:00pm in Resthaven Cemetery with Rev. Ken Carvalha officiating.Shane McDade, Billy Brown, Billy Snellgrove, Pat Thaxton and Jay Thaxton will serve as pallbearers.Willie Nunn, Buddy Vandiver, Sam Nunn, Kobe McDade and Jimmy Fisher will serve as honorary pallbearers. Survivors include daughter, Janet McDade, Crawfordville; Brother, Daniel Snellgrove and his wife, Theresa of Silver Springs, FL; grandchildren, Linda Fisher and Shane McDade; great grandchildren, Rosie Norris, Samantha Esser and Kobe McDade; great, great grandchildren, Kaylin Dunn, Gracey Norris, Bryer Norris and Brooke Esser. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
