Mary Graves Lawrence

Mrs. Mary Lawrence, 85, of Washington, died Friday June 10th in Wills Memorial Hospital.She was a native of Lincoln County, the daughter of the late Emmett and Rosa Cliatt Graves.Mrs. Lawrence was retired from Essex Manufacturing Company where she worked in the office.She was preceded in death by her son Larry Lawrence and her brother, Melvin Graves. Funeral services will be Sunday, June 12, 2011 at 3:00pm in the First UMC of Washington with Rev. Gale Seibert officiating.Interment will follow in Resthaven Cemetery.Larry Fortson, Seth Canterbury, Rich Seibert, David Craven, Bruce Holes and Jeff Warrenfells will serve as pallbearers. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Randolph Lawrence; several nieces and a very faithful caregiver, Betty Hulin. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
