Margaret Louise Maynard

. Mrs. Margaret Louise Maynard passed away at home on February 6, 2017, at the age of 84. Mrs. Maynard is survived by her loving husband, Ross Maynard, of 65 years. Mrs. Maynard is predeceased by her son, Rex Maynard and lovingly remembered by her son and daughter-in-law, Ray and Rita Maynard; her daughter and son-in-law, Renae and David Hein; her grandson, Tim Maynard, her granddaughter and husband, Calli and Brandon Blumber; her brother and his wife, Richard and Ann Cleghorn; and multiple nieces and nephews. Mrs. Maynard managed an extremely successful professional life in the retail business for many years with Rich’s Department Store and several other retail establishments.The Maynards have been an integral part of Washington.Mrs. Maynard oversaw the Chamber of Commerce while running a successful Bed and Breakfast for 8 years.She also played a major role in the Christmas and Spring Tour of Homes for many years.She was named the Honorary Mayor and served as Grand Marshall for the Christmas Parade in 2013. In lieu of a formal service, there will be a Celebration of Life at the Maynard home on February 19, 2017, from 1:00PM to 3:00PM.
