Mable Guin Mrs. Mabel Mae Danner Powell Guin, 92, of Washington, died October 22, 2008 in Heritage Healthcare of Washington. Mrs. Guin was a native of Lincoln County and the daughter of the late Franklin Wilson Danner and Daisy Elizabeth Lewis Danner.She was preceded in death by husband, Stanley Guin and daughter in law, Nancy Powell. She was a retired seamstress from Royal Manufacturing Company and a member of Rehoboth Baptist Church. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 25, 2008 at 4:00pm in Rehoboth Baptist Church with Rev. Herman Bradley and Rev. Steve Rayner officiating.Interment will be in the church cemetery. Mike Wheatley, Herman Wheatley, Douglas Wheatley, Ricky Danner, Billy Echols and Bernie Henderson will serve as pallbearers.The family will receive friends in the church immediately following the service. Survivors include son, Bobby Powell, of Tignall; daughter, Irene Echols and her husband, Marion, of Washington; 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 20 great great grandchildren.
