Letisha W. Thompson Obituary Rayle:Letisha Dawn Winfrey Thompson, 44, entered into rest on Sunday, May 24, 2015. Mrs. Thompson, better known as “Tish”, was born in Washington, where she lived most of her life.She was the daughter of the late Claude Overton Winfrey and Mary Edmunds Winfrey.She had a love for books, reading, and music that was ‘out of this world’.She also loved spending time with friends and family, but most of all loved spending time with her grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Sunday, May 31, 2015, at 2:00 at Hopkins Funeral Home. Mrs. Thompson is survived by her son, Clay Thompson (Nichole), of Rayle; one daughter, Ashton T. Dozier (Wesley), of Tignall; and one sister, Deborah Winfrey Nye (Joseph), of Augusta; and grandchildren, Zachary, Gracie, Baily, and Brantley Thompson, of Rayle, and Hunter, McKayla, and Tyler Dozier, of Tignall; and a number of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
