Larry James Jordan

Mr. Larry James Jordan, 75, of Washington, Georgia entered into rest on Tuesday, July 25, 2023,at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital, Athens, Georgia.

Larry was born in Washington, Georgia on January 15, 1948 to the late James Walter “Walt” Jordan and the late Flossie Whitehead Jordan. He was a graduate of Washington High School and worked as a truck driver for Suburban Propane.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in law, Jamie and Linda Jordan, of Washington, and daughter and son-in-law Holly and Nicolas Hartley, of Bonaire, Georgia; four grandchildren, Parker Jordan, Sabrina Jordan, Adalyn Hartley, and Brielle Hartley; one great-grandaughter, Madalyn Jordan.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, July 29, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Washington Wilkes Memorial Gardens with Rev. Eric Bunch officiating.

Visitation will be Friday, July 28, 2023 from 6 - 8 p.m. at Hopkins Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Bill Johnson, Barry Thompson, Lee Connell, Douglas Armour, Kelly Armour, David Clark.
