Kathy M. Cervantes

Kathy Malinda Bryant Cervantes, 61, of Crawfordville, died Thursday, October 6, 2022, at University-Piedmont Hospital in Augusta.

Mrs. Cervantes was born in Atlanta to Thomas Ray Bryant and Carolyn Leona Grimsley Bryant.  She was self-employed and had her own cleaning business.

She is survived by her husband, Martin Cervantes, of Crawfordville; and by five sons, Michael Bryant, of Eatonton, and Chead Bryant (Tiffany), Carlos Cervantes (Perla), Antonio Cervantes (Ketwanna), and Moises Cervantes, all of Crawfordville; and 18 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 Sunday, October 16, 2022, at the Hopkins Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Joseph Woods officiating.  Interment will follow at the Robinson Baptist Church in Crawfordville.  The family will receive friends on Sunday for one hour prior to the service at Hopkins Funeral Home (1:00-2:00pm).

Memorial contributions may be made to the Robinson Baptist Church.
