Kathryn Moon Bannister

Mrs. Kathryn Sue Moon Bannister, 62, of Fayetteville, Georgia, passed away February 7, 2014 after a long illness with cancer.She was preceded in death by her father, Wade Moon.She is survived by her husband of 15 years, Robert “Bob” L. Bannister; mother, Eloise Moon of Hapeville; brother, David Moon of Hapeville; 3 step-children; 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held Sunday, February 9, 2014 at 2:00pm at Liberty Baptist Church, Fayetteville.Dr. Randy Wood will officiate.Interment will be Monday, February 10, 2014 at 1:00pm at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery, Tignall with Rev. Ficklen Guin officiating. Local arrangements are in the care of Hopkins Funeral Home
