James R. "Jamie" Armour

Mr. James Robert (Jamie) Armour, 49, of Loganville, passed away Monday, February 24, 2020, at Piedmont Walton Medical Center . Mr. Armour was born in Washington, Ga., and had lived in Loganville for about 15 years.He was the son of James Watson Armour and of the late Linda Gail Crook.He was a graduate of Lincoln County High School and was a manager of the toy department for Wal Mart. Mr. Armour was survived by his father and step-mother, James Watson Armour and Linda M. Armour, of Washington; one brother, Stacy Lee Armour (Laurie), of Villa Rica; his best Friend and her son, Dinah McCright and son Taylor,who Jamie lovingly referred to as “Monkey”, of Loganville; three step sisters, Sandra McFann (Steve) and Mary McKenzie, both of Pierce, AZ; and Wanda Rudder (John), of Hollywood, AL; and by several aunts and uncles, and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, March 7, 2020, at the Hopkins Funeral Home Chapel. Hopkins Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mr. James Robert (Jamie) Armour.
