Mrs.Ida Elmira Freeman Norman, age 97, passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2010, at East Georgia Regional Hospital in Statesboro.She was born in Wilkes County, GA and was retired from Royal Mfg. Co.She was a member of Tignall Baptist Church, Hunters Homemakers Club and the Philathea Sunday School Class of Sylvania First Baptist Church.She was preceeded in death by her husband, Claude H. Norman; parents, Benjamin Lee and Lena Collins Freeman. Survivors include, Sister, Mrs. Edna F. Carlton of Sylvania; nieces and nephews, Henrilyn C. Cleland, Elaine C. Vinson, Lulena F. Slayer and Donald Freeman.Great nieces, Terry V. Wells and Michelle W. Parnett, Great nephew, Randall Cleland.
