Harold Drinkard

Harold Moore Drinkard, 98, of Washington, passed away January 11, 2011.He was a native of Washington, the son of the late Thomas and Leila Moore Drinkard.Mr. Drinkard was a retired cattle farmer, a member of Raytown Methodist Church and served his country in the U.S. Army.He was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Godwin, sisters, Edna Gunn, and Alma Pate, and brothers, Walter Drinkard and Pierce Drinkard. Graveside services will be Saturday, January 15th at 2pm in Resthaven Cemetery, with Rev. Gerri Lancaster officiating.The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12:30 – 1:30pm at the funeral home. Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity.
