Mrs. Gail Gentry Craddock, 76, of Washington, died July 19, 2013 at her home after a courageous battle with cancer.She was a native of Toledo, Ohio, the daughter of the lateOliver Newton and Sadie France Gentry.Mrs. Craddock was retired from the medical manufacturing industry.After living in Florida for many years, she moved to Washington eight years ago and became an active member of First Baptist Church and fell in love with the community, the church and all the friendly people.She expressed much appreciation for the outpouring of love and assistance she received here.She also enjoyed Bible Study, the fellowship with the Silver Streaks and the Homemakers Club in Tignall.She loved life, gardening, quilting and her precious dogs, Sophie and Bobby Joe.Gail was looking forward to the anticipated arrival of her second great grandchild, who will be named Austin Boykin. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00pm Sunday, July 21st in First Baptist Church with Rev. Kevin Madden officiating. Survivors include children, Ricky Eugene Paul, Corleen Yvonne Boykin and her husband, Wayne, Raymond Darrel Paul all of Lake Helen, Florida, Randell T. Paul and his wife, Janis, of Port Byron, N.Y. and Regina Allison Ammons, of Washington; grandchildren, Christopher Paul, Justin Paul, Ashley Paul, Adam Boykin and Adrienne Boykin; and great grandchild, Ayden Boykin.
