Mrs. Farris Rogers Nunn, 83, of Washington, entered into rest Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at her home. Mrs. Nunn was born October 14, 1936, in Thomson, Ga.She was the daughter of Joe B. and Alma Landrum Rogers, and was the wife of the late Clarence C. Nunn.Mrs. Nunn had worked at Almar and Essex Manufacturing during her working career.She was a member of the Washington First Baptist Church. Mrs. Nunn is survived by one daughter, Kimberly N. Bearse, and husband Kyle, of Washington; one son, Mac Copelan, and wife Cheryl, of Fayetteville; three grandchildren, Colton and Whitney Bearse and Sherrie Copelan; one great grandchild, Macayla Moore and a sister-in-law Sylvia Rogers, of Thomson.She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Clarence C. Nunn; one sister, Miriam Wheatley; two brothers, Joe Rogers Jr. and Ralph Rogers. Graveside services will be held at 11:00am at Resthaven Cemetery on Friday, February 14, 2020, with Rev. Chris Townsend and Walt Brown officiating. Pallbearers will be Cliff Langham, Ed Rogers, Eric Holton, Shaun Cox, Adam Nash, and Tim Jackson. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6-8pm at Hopkins Funeral Home.
