Eleanor Walton Mrs. Eleanor Williams Walton, 83, of Washington, died October 6, 2009 in Medical College of Georgia.She was a native of Breckenridge Kentucky, the daughter of the late S. W. Williams and Lura Butler Williams.Mrs. Walton had worked at Almar and was also a Teacher’s Aide and a member of First United Methodist Church of Washington. Graveside services will be held Thursday, October 8, 2009 at 2:00p.m. in Resthaven Cemetery with Rev. Gale Seibert officiating.Tommy Walton, Jeremy Walton, David Walton, Nick Walton, Dan Allen and Dwayne Slaton will serve as pallbearers. Survivors include her husband, Thomas Walton; four sons, Michael Walton and wife, Johanna of Warner Robins, Shelby Walton and wife, Betty, of Lincolnton, James Walton of Washington and Brian Walton and wife, Becky of Appling; one sister, Jeanetta Drain, Hudson, Kentucky; one brother, L.K. Williams, Buckingham, Virginia; eight grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6-8p.m. at Hopkins Funeral Home.
