Edward V. Harris

Mr. Edward Verner Harris, 62, of Atlanta, died March 28, 2013 in Hospice Atlanta.A native of Washington, Georgia, he was the son of the late FosterVerner and Anne Allen Harris.Mr. Harris received his Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Georgia in 1973 and a Masters from Georgia State University.He was self-employed as a Certified Public Accountant and Computer Analyst.He was an avid Georgia Bulldog Fan, was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Atlanta, where he sang in the choir. Funeral Services will be Thursday, April 4th at 11:00am in Hopkins Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Fernandez officiating.Private interment will be in Resthaven Cemetery. Preceded in death by his nephew, Gregory Allen Harris, he is survived by his brother, Allen Harris and his wife, Faye and many cousins and friends.
