Donnie Joy Echols

Donnie Echols Mrs. Donnie Joy Southard Echols, 72, of Rayle, died April 13, 2009 in St. Mary’s Hospital.She was a native of Pampa, Texas, the daughter of the late Tom and Lela Hale Southard.Mrs. Echols was a member of Countyline Baptist Church and a retired Telephone Operator. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 18, 2009 at 2pm in Countyline Baptist Church.The family will receive friends in the church from 1pm until service time. Survivors include her husband of 42 years, David Austin Echols; two step daughters, Dr. Janett Lynn Echols and Elizabeth Ann Echols Harris and her husband, Jerry; three sisters, Telva Stout and husband, Bob, Jean Johnson and husband Bob and Mary Lovelace; one brother, Bill Southard and wife, Jimmye; brother in law, Joseph Elliott Echols and sister in law, Marjorie Elizabeth Tyler; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
