Claude Bolton

Mr. Claude William Bolton, Sr., 77, of Berkshire Dr.,died Saturday, August 25, 2012, at his home. Mr. Bolton was born and raised in the Delhi Community in Wilkes County and had lived in Wilkes County for most of his life.He was the husband of Ivelisse Torres Bolton, and was the son of the late George Henry Bolton and Mary Belcher Bolton.He was a member of theHiram Masonic Lodge #51and wasa Shriner. He had worked in contruction management for a number of years and was a member of the Tignall Baptist Church. Graveside services will be Monday, August 27, 2012, at 11:00 am at the Washington-Wilkes Memorial Garden with Rev. Kevin Madden officiating. Mr. Bolton is survived by his wife, Ivelisse T.Bolton, of the home; two sons, Claude William Bolton, Jr. (Cathy), of Honeapath, SC, and Phillip Bolton( Leslie), of Abingdon,VA;two daughters, Sheila B. Callaway(Rick),and Sandra B.Gammon(Craig), both of Washington; and six grandchildren- Adam Bolton, Curt Gammon, Kara Gammon,Kaci Gammon,Alaina Callaway, and Trace Callaway. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6-8 at Hopkins Funeral Home.
