Bettye Darracott

Mrs. Bettye Mullins Darracott, 84, of Rayle, died March 19, 2013 in Quiet Oaks Health Care in Crawford.A native of Rome, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late, Claude and Margaret McCullough Mullins and the widow of Dillard Clinton “D.C.” Darracott.Mrs. Darracott was a homemaker and attended County Line Baptist Church. Graveside services will be Thursday, March 21st at 4:00pm in Resthaven Cemetery with Rev. Allen White officiating.Richard Heard, Jason Darracott, Jerrick Darracott, J. V. Waters, Danny Heard and Garland Darracott will serve as pallbearers.The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 2:00 until 3:30pm. Survivors include one son and daughter in law, Johnny and Konnie Darracott, of Rayle; one daughter and son in law, Gail and Danny Heard, of Rayle; two grandchildren, Jason Darracott and Jerrick Darracott; three step grandchildren, Richard Heard, Erin McElhannon and Katie Heard; and five great grandchildren.
