Beatrice Harris

Mrs. Beatrice Evalou Brooks Harris, 80, of Washington, Georgia, formerly of Richmond, Texas, died January 20, 2010 in Heritage Healthcare of Wilkes.She was a native of Boaz, Alabama, the daughter of the late, William Theodore and Minnie Sentell Brooks.Mrs. Harris was a homemaker and of the Jehovah’s Witness faith. Survivors include two sons, Herbert Harris, Jr., of Fayetteville, AR and James A. Sprayberry, of Victorville, CA; two daughters, Dorothy Phillips, of Needville, TX and Margie Burke, of Washington, GA; five sisters, Fran Bice, of Manchester, VT, Irene Copeland, of Panama City, FL, Teresa Blair, of Boaz, AL, Fay Sneed, of Boaz, AL and Judy Gilbreath; one brother, Dave Brooks, of Boaz, AL; nine grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, January 31, 2010 at 12:30pm at 700 W.
