Barbara Bailey Henderson

Mrs. Barbara Bailey Henderson, 86,of Washington,died Sunday morning, August 7, 2016, at Wills Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Henderson was born in Washington, and had lived here most of her life.She was the daughter of the late Crawford Lee Bailey and Bessie Alline Saggus Bailey.She was the wife of the late Wayne Henderson, and was preceded in death by her brother, Billy E. Bailey.She was a member of the Washington First Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Jan H. Howard, and husband Sonny, of Washington; one brother, Barry Bailey, and wife Elaine, of Washington; one grandson, Morgan Howard, and wife Susan, of Athens; and by her sister-in-law, Margaret Worley, of Dahlonega. Funeral services will be 11:00AM Tuesday, August 9, 2016, at the Washington First Baptist Church with Rev. Albert Huyck and Rev. Kevin Madden officiating. A private committal service (family only) will follow at Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday morning at First Baptist Church from 10:00AM until 10:50AM.
