Anna Frances Vinson

Mrs. Anna Frances Clark Vinson, 89, of Elberton, formerly of Tignall, died March 25, 2012 in Elbert Memorial Hospital.She was a native of Avery Georgia, the daughter of the late George W. and Ruby Laura Railey Clark.Mrs. Vinson was retired from Almar as a seamstress and was a faithful member of Tignall Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Herbert Vinson and a grandson, Gregory H. Wilhite. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2:00pm in Tignall Baptist Church with Pastor David McConnell and Pastor Hugh Wilhite officiating.Interment will follow in the Tignall Baptist Cemetery with Dr. Bob Nash officiating the Committal Service.Hueston Mills, Derek Mills, Brock Mills, Brandon Haynes, Victor Haynes and Henry Brown will serve as pallbearers. Survivors include one son, Charles ‘Chuck’ Vinson, Tignall; two daughters and sons in law, Kathryn and Hugh Wilhite, Elberton and Debby and Pete Haynes, Elberton; four grandchildren, Denise W. Mills, Brandon L. Haynes, C. Victor Haynes and Petrea Haynes; seven great grandchildren; and one sister, Audrey Clark, Augusta. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
