Mrs. Georgia Ann StrotherSaggus, 75, of Washington, died September 12, 2011 in Wills Memorial Hospital.A native of Washington, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Claude E. Strother and Annie Kate Strother.Mrs. Saggus was self-employed in the lawn maintenance business. Graveside services will be Thursday, September 15th at 4pm in Rehoboth Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Albert Huyck and Rev. Steve Rayner officiating.Rob Strother, Ricky McCord, Dave Fernandes, Tommy Saggus, Pembroke Pope and Tom Hall will serve as pallbearers. Survivors include son and daughter in law, Edward and Becky Saggus, of Valdosta; daughter and son in law, Debra and B.C. Kennedy, of Washington; mother, Annie Kate “Pete” Strother, Washington; brother and sister in law, Henry and Beth Strother, Washington; Sister and brother in law, Inez and Lewis Hall, of Washington; grandchildren, Tiffany Saggus, of Valdosta, Trey (Jade) Kennedy, of Washington and Scott (Megan) Kennedy; great grandchildren, Shelby Kennedy, Troy Beagle, Cooper and Cannon Kennedy. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
